Domestic shipping: All orders will leave our warehouse within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. A tracking # will be emailed to you once the order has been shipped. All orders are sent using Canada Post. 

International shipping: All orders will leave our warehouse within 48 hours excluding weekends and holiday. We will try our best to ensure that your package arrives as promptly as possible. Customs and duty fees not included, we do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival.

RETURNS

Products must be returned to our office within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items returned with signs of use or ones sent to our office outside the 30 day window will not be accepted. All soaps are final sale. Items purchased on sale or items used with a promo code are final sale.
